official rules
- The drawing will be on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at the Bedford 2030 Clean Ride and Drive Expo.
- Tickets will be sold up to the time of the raffle drawing.
- A maximum of 1,000 tickets will be sold.
- Raffle may be canceled and all monies returned at Bedford 2030‘s sole discretion.
- Winner can choose between 2023 Rivian R1T, valued at $73,000, or $50,000 in cash.
- Participants must be 18 years or older.
- Successive alternate backup winners will be drawn. The names will be held by Bedford 2030 and will be announced if the first winner does not claim the Rivian R1T or $50,000 within 30 days or if the first winner is ineligible.
- You do not need to be present to win. We will contact you by phone or email if you are the winner.
- Winner is solely responsible for taxes, registration, title, transfer fees, license duties, insurance and all expenses in claiming, registering and using the Rivian. This includes sales and income taxes.
- Bedford 2030 has no liability with regard to taxes and fees for the vehicle.
- Raffle ticket purchases are not tax deductable.
- By purchasing a raffle ticket, buyers accept these terms and conditions.
