Midge Iorio
Executive Director

Since 2013, under Midge’s leadership, Bedford 2030 has built a robust and trusted brand; engaged thousands of community members, and expanded its programs, participants and impact. Midge loves her role as community ambassador at Bedford 2020; personal highlights from her work with the organization include the Bedford 2020 Car Show: New York State’s First Fuel Efficient Car/EV Show, and the recent adoption of the 2030 Climate Action Plan. Midge committed to the next ten years of climate action and to fighting for greenhouse gas reductions, and ultimately for clean, healthy air, water and land. She has lived in Katonah for 22 years with her husband Frank and two sons, and has been a proud, active community member: serving on the executive board of Katonah Village Improvement Society; a past PTO executive board member, and a past outreach director for the Katonah Chamber of Commerce. Midge loves to cook (especially creating new dishes from pantry scraps), hike at our spectacular local preserves, draw botanicals and is a budding vegetable and pollinator gardener.
